Compass is continually engaging with producers who share an entrepreneurial mindset. Our current Appointed Representatives operate in areas such as onshore energy, Middle East reinsurance, and specialist UK property.

Over the past fifteen years, we have mentored around 30 ARs across a broad range of disciplines. Having supported three ARs in achieving direct authorisation last year, we are continuing to strengthen and grow this part of our business.
